MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责 • Daily (24 hours phone call support) routine checking on production line and support equipment to ensure smooth operation. • Perform troubleshooting and repairing work when machine breakdown. • Setup facility/production equipment maintenance program, assist machine relocation and installation. • Provide repair and maintenance for the line equipment and facility related services, perform general periodic maintenance. • Assist in paper work on daily maintenance works. • Determine requirements for process equipment, develop PM and TPM instructions and train PM technicians and TPM operators. • Identify spare part/tooling, create and update spare part list. • Report health, safety and environmental accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area. • Monitor significant health, safety and environmental aspects of their work activities and the benefits of improved personal performance. • Understand the effect on the health, safety and environment of departing from specified operating procedures (work practices) and the potential legal consequences to the employee and the company. Weekly/Monthly report of machine downtime analysis and corrective action implement tracking.
