KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform customer profitability assessment, identify improvement opportunities and develop action plan in consultation with Sales
2. Develops materials to supports GBU/MBU Leadership Team members for customer interactions, employee forums and speaking engagements
3. Generate insights based on National marco policy, indsutry trend and competitor marketing intelligence to drive business strategy

3. Deep understanding of the Finished Lubes business
