Job Description：
1.Conduct process analysis and mapping to identify areas of inefficiency and waste.
2.Develop and implement LEAN strategies and improvement projects.
3.Train and educate teams on LEAN concepts and tools.
4.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of LEAN projects. Collaborate with production, quality control, and engineering departments to optimize the supply chain.
5.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented LEAN initiatives.
6.Facilitate LEAN workshops and kaizen events. Lead teams in short-term focused improvement activities to achieve rapid results.
Job Requirement：
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
2.Proven experience in LEAN methodologies, such as Six Sigma, 5S, and value stream mapping.
3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5.Ability to lead and influence change within an organization.
6.Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement tools.
